1. Who is responsible
ScriptZaar (scriptzaar.com), run by an independent software developer based in Pakistan. Contact: support@scriptzaar.com.
2. What we collect, and why

We do not collect card numbers, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
3. Payments
Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process your payment, calculate taxes and send your receipt, under their own privacy policy. They share with us only what is needed to deliver your order (such as your name, email, country and what you bought).
4. Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The checkout pages of Lemon Squeezy may use their own cookies, which are needed for a safe payment.
5. Services we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and email forwarding for scriptzaar.com.
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payments, receipts and license delivery.
- Brevo and Google — sending and receiving our support emails.
These providers may process data outside your country. They handle it under their own privacy and security commitments.
6. Emails
If you buy software, we may email you about updates, security fixes or important changes for that product. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you clearly ask for them, and every such email will have a way to stop them.
7. How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you, and then deleted. Technical visit logs are kept only for a short time by our hosting provider.
8. Software you install
Our software runs on your own server. Data you store in it — for example employee or attendance records in PunchSync — stays on your server. We cannot see it, and the software does not send it to us.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to support@scriptzaar.com and we will reply within 30 days. Some order records may have to be kept for tax law.
10. Children
Our software and website are for businesses and are not meant for children under 16.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
