1. One purchase, one installation

Each purchase gives you a license for one installation: one copy of the software running for one business, on one domain or server. A second business, a second client or a second domain needs a second purchase. A test or staging copy of the same installation is allowed.

2. Building for a client

If you are a developer installing the software for a client, buy one license per client. You may charge your client for your own work (installation, changes, hosting). The license then belongs to that client's installation.

3. Changing the code

You receive the full source code, not encoded. You may change it, add features and remove parts you do not need. Your changes are yours. Please keep in mind that our free updates are made for the original code — if you change a lot, merging an update is your responsibility.

4. Updates — free for life

Every new version of the product you bought is free, for as long as we make and sell that product. Updates are released from your download link and announced by email. "For life" refers to the life of the product. A completely new product (for example a separate "Pro" app) would be sold separately.

5. Support — 12 months

Each purchase includes 12 months of support from the developer, starting on the purchase date. See the support page for what support covers.

6. Ownership

ScriptZaar keeps the copyright to the software. You are buying a license to use it, not the copyright itself. Third-party open-source parts (for example the Laravel framework) stay under their own open-source licenses, which are included with the download.

7. If the license is broken

If the software is shared, resold or used against this license, the license ends and updates and support stop for that copy.

8. No warranty beyond the description

The software is provided as described on its product page. We fix real bugs and answer support questions, but we cannot promise it suits every business or every server. Please use the live preview and ask us before you buy if you are not sure.
